Summary

This Instruction Article explains use of the Break feature used in SENTINEL Maps to generate labels from an array of unique label data values. In the context of Map file, Break is used to inform the map file of the location where the unique values for each of the labels are stored.

Preparation

Instructions

  1. Double-click on Break
  2. Select XML Path
  3. Enter path (please note that the path is case sensitive)

Once the Break is defined, the starting path for the entire Block is changed to the Break path. This means that all of the path references within the Block are based on their relative position to the Break path.
