“Unable to switch to printer” error message in SENTINEL log


SENTINEL is unable to execute a print job to a printer specified in the source input (e.g. an XML drop file). In this case, the printer, although installed, was not selected as one of the licensed printers in the SENTINEL Manager.


Make sure the printer specified is selected as licensed in the Printers tab of the CODESOFT Plug-in by checking the box next to its name.
