Unable to Add Items from Multiple Tables – BACKTRACK Problem


Report wizard in BACKTRACK does not allow a way to easily pull data from multiple tables.


User wants to add an item database field to a transaction report but can not find the option to do so.


The functions of the Advance Designer feature may not be obvious, especially if you do not have an understanding of how BACKTRACK organizes data.


In order to pull data from multiple tables and incorporate them into a report, user needs to use Advance Designer feature to modify the report. It also helps for the user to have detailed knowledge of how data is organized in BACKTRACK as well as working knowledge of SQL language. Please contact us if you need assistant with this feature.
