“UMSS Error. You do not have permission.” – TEKLYNX CENTRAL Error Message


This Error Message Article explains the TEKLYNX CENTRAL error message “UMSS Error. You do not have permission.” and details how to fix the underlying problem that caused it to appear.


The UMSS keeps the security information for TEKLYNX CENTRAL.  The error appears when the user account does not belong to a user group with permissions to access browser (i.e. Print User) interface.


Using UMSS console, add the user to a group that has at least permissions Print Labels in the BBUI section.
