“UMSS Error. No license available!” – TEKLYNX CENTRAL Error Message


This Error Message Article explains the TEKLYNX CENTRAL error message “UMSS Error. No license available!” and details how to fix the underlying problem that caused it to appear.


The browser interface is attempting to connect to the UMSS server to verify the licensing.  The message indicates that the TEKLYNX CENTRAL license is not installed (demo period has expired) or the subscription license has expired.



Check the licenses in the ‘View Connected Users’ screen (option found in the TEKLYNX CENTRAL Command Center).  If a license is deactivated or needs to be expanded, contact EBI to purchase new or extension the licenses.
