Testing Connections to NiceLabel Cloud and NiceLabel LMS – NiceLabel Instructions

Summary

As empowering as NiceLabel LMS and NiceLabel Cloud are for enabling multi-user label creation and management, it can all go wrong if the connections to these remote platforms are not properly set up. Therefore, it is important to test the connections to your cloud services including:

  • Web Server
  • Control Center
  • Document Storage

Preparation

You will need:

  • NiceLabel Designer installed
  • NiceLabel Designer connection to NiceLabel Cloud or NiceLabel LMS

Instructions

  1. Open NiceLabel Designer and select Options from the File Menu.
  1. Select the Control Center tab and then click on the Check your connection button.
  1. Once you click the button, the Check your connection screen opens and the it will check the three cloud services.

Issue found with NiceLabel 10.
