Industry regulations require many companiesto document and enforce labeling workflows to ensure that labeling processes are followed each and every time. LABEL ARCHIVE allows companies to organize and control their labeling process by providing full traceability of label design, storage, printing and user interactions to fully comply with external industry regulations and internal process requirements. LABEL ARCHIVE 2022’s web interface features easier navigation and accessibility. It allows users to request a template design as well as the ability to track a label throughout the entire process.
LABEL ARCHIVE reduces the risk of errors by controlling who can print approved labels. It maintains full, running reports for changes, comments and print history while also maintaining records of previous drafts to allow access to previous versions as needed.
