“Permission Error with Redirection.config” – TEKLYNX CENTRAL Command Center Error Message

Explanation

The error message appears when clicking on either “Configure Printing Interface” or “Launch Printing Interface” from the TEKLYNX CENTRAL Command Center.  This is caused by a permission problem at the C:\Windows\System32\Inetsrv\config folder. This is most likely to appear when using Windows authentication.

Solution

Add the appropriate user to the permission list of the folder.  R/O (read-only) should be sufficient.
