Article #:13914
Summary
This Instruction Article explains how to activate Loftware’s NiceLabel LMS software and begin your set up. When Loftware creates your subscription, you receive a NiceLabel product account activation e-mail. (SAVE the email for future reference!)
By activating through the email, you will access the Loftware License Center and download your Dashboard for LMS. The Loftware License Center is a browser-based module that allows you to download and activate your NiceLabel software.
Preparation
Find your invitation email: “Activate your NiceLabel LMS account.”
Instructions
- Open the welcome email and click on Activate Account

- When the subscription portal opens in your browser… sign in with your Microsoft or Google account:

- After you sign in, you should see the Dashboard view of the Loftware License Center:

- From the Dashboard, you can click on “Download Control Center” to download to your server.
- Remember to BOOKMARK the Dashboard in your browser.
What to do if you lose connection
If LMS software loses connection to License Center, it runs offline for 14 days. When LMS enters offline mode, you will receive a notification message. After 14 days, you must reconnect your NiceLabel software.
What to do if you lose the address to the License Center in your browser
If you lose the address to License Center in your browser, look for the original NiceLabel activation e-mail in your inbox, and click Activate account. A page opens in your browser with the link to your License Center. “To Continue – Follow this Link”

If you lose the address to License Center and don’t have the activation e-mail, please contact us.
