Label Printed from Integration Builder is Distorted – BarTender Problem

This article explains the problem where a label printed from Integration Builder was distorted where the same label design printed from the BarTender designer printed correctly.

- Label design prints correctly from BarTender designer
- Integration builder label is distorted with the label dimension appearing rotated 90 degrees while the text remains in the original layout
Explanation
We believe the login account for the Integrator service was the problem.
When we installed BarTender, the Integrator was installed to use System Login Account by default. When we changed the login account to a new local account with full admin privileges, the problem was corrected. We could not get a satisfactory answer from Seagull Scientific to why this happened. However the problem was solved.
