Find the Developer and Driver Version of a SATO Windows Print Driver – Instructions

Knowing the developer and version number of a SATO Windows print driver is an important part of troubleshooting printer issues. Preparation

Before you begin, make sure that the driver is properly installed on your Windows PC.

Instructions

  1. Enter “Printers & Scanners” in the Windows task bar to find and open that settings window.
Locate and open the Printers & Scanners settings window.
  1. Select the SATO print queue for the correct printer and click on the Manage button.

  1. Note the developer and the drier version. In this case, the developer is SATO and the driver is version 8.4.2.22195
