Explanation

This error message appears for a client while running the CODESOFT installer on a PC through a RDP connection.  It appears the installer cannot find a temp file.  Most likely, the this temp file is created by the installer itself so my best guess is the installer failed to create it due to:

  • Security / virus protection software blocking it
  • User does not have local admin right to allow the installer

Solution

I suggest confirming the local admin rights and temporarily disabling (until the install is complete) any security / virus protection software.
