Edit Tool Bar is Missing – BACKTRACK Problem

Symptoms

Tool Bar for the Add/Edit Item Screen is Missing.

Explanation

The BTWForm.ini file keeps the location settings for the BACKTRACK screens. Sometimes the tool bar can be moved into a position where it is not visible on the screen.

In BACKTRACK v7 and later, the tool bar is integrated into the screen and the BTWForm.ini file is no longer used.

Solution

To resolve the issue, remove the BTWForm.ini file from the C:\windows folder.  Deleting it forces BACKTRACK to create a new file with default settings.
