Symptoms

A database grid appears on the Print User interface where the data entry fields should appear.

Explanation

If setup incorrectly in the Print User Browser Admin Screen, a database grid will appear on the Print User interface where the data entry fields should appear. The problem is created by selecting Data Source and Table options in the Labels selection under the Data Configuration tab.

Solution

Make sure Data Source and Table selections are “Not Selected”.
