“Could not connect to CloudTrigger service…” – NiceLabel Error Message

A user who is operating NiceLabel in conjunction with SAP received an error message reading, (Message”:”Could not connect to CloudTrigger service with id ‘SapNiceLabelApi’ for ‘[Name]’”).

The error message indicates that SAP is unable to connect to NiceLabel’s CloudTrigger service. In the situation that prompted this article, the host server service NiceLabel Automation Service 10 was not running.
