Checking the BarTender Client Connection to the Seagull License Server – BarTender Instructions

This Instruction Article explains how to check a client workstation to verify it is connecting to a Seagull License server.

Instructions

  1. Open BarTender client workstation (i.e. BarTender)
  2. Pull down the Administer menu and select Licensing Setup…
  3. Verify the name of the network server hosting the Seagull License server in the field labeled Server:.
  4. Hit the Test… button to verify it can make the connection
  5. BarTender will then display a message indicating if the connection was successful or a failure.
