Missing Active Print Job – BreadCrumbs Error

BreadCrumbs is expecting a print job. However, when using Scan & Print, the scanner reports an “Error getting active print job.” The missing active print job was either not received or there was an error when it was received.

Situation and Symptoms

  • An order was sent to be manifested.
  • Scanner displays that there are no active print jobs for the printer.


The solution is that there is very likely a problem with the DropFile folder. Contact the IT department to investigate the folder for irregularities.
